Webkinz Codes
When you buy your Webkinz stuffed animal, it will come with a code for you to access the world of Webkinz online. This code is the only way to access your virtual Webkinz online.
When you sign up at Webkinz World, you will be asked to name your pet, list whether it is a boy or girl and then it will ask for the Webkinz code.
When you've entered the code, you will have completed the adoption of your virtual pet and you'll be able to access the site. Without the code, you can't enter. I suppose this is one way to guarantee that you've bought one of their Webkinz and keep you up to date with what's new for Webkinz and at Webkinz world.
You should be aware that there are some scammers out there who would love nothing more than to get a hold of your webkinz codes! Be careful - I've heard of scammers listing "rare" items available for Webkinz World and when you hand over your information and Kinzcash - they've just made off with everything you've worked so hard for! If you aren't sure, ask a parent or whoever is looking after you first!
Don't tell everyone your codes or your username and password. Keep track of your password, and let your parents know what they are. But strangers on the Internet or even your friends don't need to know that sort of information about your Webkinz pet!
